Note that the depicted person still carries his head slightly forward. (It is a well known fact that the weight removed when the eyebrows and eyelashes are removed causes the head to take on a permenant 36.93° angle above horizontal.
Since the depicted person clearly cannot be who the post doesn't claim he is, I deduce it must be: The Desperate Student.
It is a well known fact that he is suffering from Oragutan Flu. It is a well known fact that Oragutan Flu can only be treated by shaving the head. It is a well known fact that this person does not have shaved eyebrows or eyelashes. It is a well known fact that Osiris (the Evil cat) possesses the skills to put the FCN URL on a T-shirt, using only MS Paint.
Is this before or after the orange? ;)
