My careful phsyhcoanatakinetanalysis proves that this is not him!
Note that the depicted person still carries his head slightly forward. (It is a well known fact that the weight removed when the eyebrows and eyelashes are removed causes the head to take on a permenant 36.93° angle above horizontal.
Since the depicted person clearly cannot be who the post doesn't claim he is, I deduce it must be:
The Desperate Student.
It is a well known fact that he is suffering from Oragutan Flu.
